For questions or concerns regarding billing, patients are encouraged to contact our office directly so we may address the matter appropriately.

Refunds or adjustments, if approved, may be issued as a credit to the patient’s account or returned using the original method of payment, when applicable.

AHKC Chiropractic Office reserves the right to deny any refund request.

All decisions regarding refunds are final.
