This a Semi-Formal Event we encourage Certificate Recipients to wear black and/or Gold. We will supply you with a AHKC Tie and or Sash depending on Male or Female. Invite your Friends and Family. We will have Appetizers, Drinks, Innate Music and a Fun Celebration! It is FREE!

This is the Event of the year! Certificate Celebration, Whether you are receiving your certificate, just supporting those that are or just "Here for the Party!" You will enjoy speakers, hear from New Doctors and experienced Doctors out in the field. There will be give aways and maybe even some Free Spines. I am sure you had heard there is Food, Drinks and Music! Wear you Semi-Formals with a Black, Gold emphasis and a smile and you will fit right in with our group. :)
